LDS products practices very basic quality control.

Our manufacturing insures that product components are of high quality and that goods manufatured meet or exceed product specifications. LDS's suppliers ar rated and approved through a supplier certification program, which evaluates each supplier for quality, availability, performance, and service. Whereever possible. Incoming raw materials are quarantined for QC inspection and acceptance. This inspection includes a physical examination of the product and its packaging and close scrutiny of the lebeling and accompanying Certificates of Analysis to ensure that all specifications for grade, quality, and grades are met. Raw materials are sampled for identity testing (where practical). Our Quality Control Department is responsible for maintaining the standards on all incoming raw material. All of our procedures and standards ar dsigned to produce 100% compliance with our specifications. Every material is inspected for its intrinsic features. Since it determines the final quality of oru product, LDS emphasizes on quality of raw material.
Depending on the material and specification in questions, tests are performed on a daily or weekly lot basis. More routine functions are performed in-house. Other testing requiring technical anlysis is performed on a more random basis at an independent test facility. It is the goal of LDS to provide customer satisfaction with the highest quality products and services. Quality and continuous improvement is the guide for every employee.
